Foaming Ocean TPU

Foaming Ocean TPU

Chemical foaming modification is conducted to the proportion of 0.70-0.80.

"HPPO® series lightweight polymer products are foamed with high-performance and controllable technology. They are a new type of ultra-lightweight inorganic non-metallic materials. The structure is composed of micron-scale airtight hollow spheres.

This product is a technical route of physical + chemical foaming. Physical foaming is completed by adding foaming aids; chemical foaming adopts controllable closed-cell technology, which has the advantages of light specific gravity and controllable foaming degree.

It has high compressive strength and can be used in an environment below 4000 meters of seawater. It is a new high-end composite material widely used in developed countries around the world in recent years.

It is widely used in aerospace, defense and military industry, marine engineering, oil and gas field mining, construction, electronics, Automotive and many other fields."

meet the application requirement of marine floating cables and consumptions.

Product Features:

●The specific gravity is stable, between 0.15-0.6 g/cm3, and the particle size is between 15-125 microns.

● High compressive strength, between 3-120 MPa.

●Low thermal conductivity, less than 0.06W/m.degree.

● Excellent processing and extrusion performance

● Good chemical stability

● Does not absorb water

● Corrosion-resistant
