Low Hardness LSFH

Low Hardness LSFH

Features of cable use LSFH material:

1. Flame retardant properties

In addition to flame retardancy, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material has the characteristics of low smoke, halogen-free, low corrosion, and low toxicity compared with halogen-containing flame-retardant cable materials.

2. The anti-expansion strength is greater than that of general PVC wires: the anti-expansion strength of general PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while the anti-expansion strength of low-smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;

3. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, and the working temperature for a long time can reach 150 ℃, and it is softer than ordinary PVC wires (hardness is 80-90);

4. It is non-migratory, and it will not produce toxic gas and a lot of black smoke when burning;

5. The volume resistivity is relatively high: ordinary PVC wires are generally 1012~1015Ω/cm3, and low-smoke halogen-free wires are higher than 1016Ω/cm3;

6. It has excellent high-voltage resistance characteristics: the withstand voltage of ordinary polyvinyl chloride wires is above 10KV, while the withstand voltage of low-smoke halogen-free wires can reach above 15KV;

7. Has excellent flame retardancy; and long service life, the service life can reach 100 year
