ATP's Easy-peel series products are a series of special polymer alloy materials specially developed for the characteristics of multi-core microbeam optical cables mainly used in Europe that require manual and rapid peeling during construction and wiring.
So far, it is one of the very few TPUa alloy materials that can fully meet the requirements of this application and can be mass-produced in this special segmented application field in the global market.

Product Features
The optical fiber jacket extruded by Easy-peel series products has the following characteristics:
1. Easy-peel:The fiber jacket can be easily stripped by clamping the index finger and thumb on the area to be stripped. The peeled cut surface is neat, smooth and free of burrs;
2. Easy-tear:The tear strength of tearing off the optical protective cover is equivalent to that of tearing A4 paper, and the tearing incision is neat, smooth and burr-free.
3. Hydrolysis-resistance: Passed 1000H hydrolysis resistance test (different models)(85*C/85%RH, 1000h);
4. Anti-UV:Passed EN 50289-4-17 UV aging test(Medium pressure mercury lamp(90±10)w/m2,wavelength 300~400nm,60℃,350hrs720h)。After UV aging, the change rate of strength and elongation is less than 50%.
5. Ointment soaking-resistance:The change rate of the strength and elongation of the optical cable filled with grease under the high temperature condition (70℃/240h) or the light cable immersed in 5 times the volume of grease (7℃/240h) s is less than 30%;
6. Excellent processing performance:Meet the high-speed processing requirements of dry and wet optical cables; it also fully supports the long-term high-speed extrusion requirements of ultra-thin-wall cable jackets (S0.1mm, 2150-m/min);During the high-speed extrusion process, the processing deterioration such as broken skin, particles, hemp, die marks, and unstable wire diameter rarely occur. Easy coloring: the addition of 2% masterbatch can achieve stable and uniform coloring effect. The mass production is stable and the yield is high.
